The TurboTreater's furnace is said to be equipped with 35-inch diffusion pump.
ACT Independent Turbo Services, Inc. in Houston, Tex. will soon be installing a new Model H6672, 2 bar TurboTreater. Its vacuum furnace has a work zone size of 48" wide x 48" height x 72" deep with a gross load weight capacity of 6,000 lbs. The furnace is said to be equipped with 35-inch diffusion pump to handle outgassing of braze binders, a 2.5-inch thick graphite hot zone insulation pack with a carbon composite hot face that helps minimize down time.
The TurboTreater’s design and performance help deliver fast cycle times and improved workload results for both OEMs and repair facilities. A standard model for thermal processing capability throughout the Land Base Turbine industry, it requires less maintenance and intuitive controls that provide repeatable results and advanced data acquisition.
