During its Annual Meeting, Baker Hughes signed agreements with Eden Geothermal, PETROVIETNAM, Microsoft, and NNPC/FIRST E&P.
Baker Hughes Annual Meeting 2025 has been a hotbed for collaborative announcements. Earlier today, the company announced partnerships to support LNG, ammonia, and offshore greenfield developments. Further collaborations with Eden Geothermal, PETROVIETNAM, Microsoft, and NNPC/FIRST E&P were also announced.
To advance geothermal opportunities in the United Kingdom, Baker Hughes signed an agreement with Eden Geothermal Ltd. The company also signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) to deploy integrated services with PETROVIETNAM, a Vietnamese oil and gas group, to advance drilling operations, plug and abandonment, and related services.
Microsoft
Expanding on its previous collaboration, Baker Hughes signed an MoU with Microsoft to further technical integration, align product development pipelines, and co-deliver solutions that use Cordant by Baker Hughes and Microsoft Azure. Both companies want to create new customer value by enabling advanced digital capabilities, scalability, and enhanced flexibility.

NNPC/FIRST E&P
Baker Hughes is deploying its integrated digital production optimization solution, Leucipa automated field production, offshore in Niger Delta, marking its first deployment in Sub-Saharan Africa.

The company’s agreement with NNPC Limited/FIRST Exploration & Petroleum Development Company (FIRST E&P) will utilize Leucipa’s workflows to optimize well performance and enhance efficiency by automating functions, including:
