EthosEnergy has been awarded a three year contract by ITM O&M, an ENGIE majority owned company, for refurbishment work at the Umm Al Nar station in Abu Dhabi.
The work will entail full butterfly valve refurbishment at the station with repair & services work carried out at the EthosEnergy Abu Dhabi workshop and on-site.
Roger Steward, VP of MENA for EthosEnergy said, “Working with ITM, we tailored a package that not only met their requirements but, using our in-house manufacturing capabilities, went beyond to extend the life of these assets, adding further value.
“Our ability to carry out the repair and upgrade locally meant we were able to perform the work within a tight timescale, thereby getting these engines back online and running ahead of schedule.”
