HPI has announced that due to the successful implementation of the controls system upgrade at their Beazley plant in 2015, it has been selected to design, manufacture, install and commission the control system upgrade for two Ruston TB5000 compressors for Transportadora de Gas del Norte – TGN, an Argentina-based energy company at their La Carlota plant.
The project will help to modernize the controls and enables the client to increase the efficiency, reliability and availability of the compressor plant through the replacement of their current control equipment. This upgrade will also allow the client to continue the standardization process on all installations throughout their numerous plants.
The project began in July, and it is estimated to be completed by December 2017. This control system upgrade project for two Ruston TB5000 is just one of several projects recently awarded to HPI.
