Hideaki Omiya, the President of Mitsubishi Heavy Industries Ltd. (MHI), will dedicate the first phase of a
$325 million
gas turbine manufacturing and service facility at Mitsubishi Power Systems Americas Inc.'s (MPSA) new Savannah Machinery Works located at 1000 Pine Meadows Drive,
Pooler, GA.
This will be the first Mitsubishi industrial gas turbine manufacturing facility outside of
Japan
and reflects a corporate commitment to American manufacturing to further strengthen the company's energy leadership position.
Half a million square feet of manufacturing space to be dedicated by MPSA marking the first Mitsubishi gas turbine manufacturing plant outside of
Japan
, creating a

investment in the U.S.
