CCC (Compressor Controls Corporation) has released Total Train Comprehensive Release version 14.1 (TTCR 14.1) for immediate order. TTCR 14.1 is a packaged release of critical system components focused on improving cybersecurity defense around turbomachinery. The upgrade process is seamless, without loss of data or process disruptions. Familiar HMI’s will operate without change, with the value of additional cybersecurity defense systems on guard.
“The new features added to TTCR version 14.1 are specifically designed to strengthen cybersecurity awareness and response capabilities,” said Rich Hall, Vice President of Product Management and Marketing. “We’ve implemented a cybersecurity program that complements good industry practices – such as separation of turbomachinery controls and protection systems, to provide improved security.”
The Total Train Comprehensive Release version 14.1 is built upon the latest version of SQL database. CCC has developed and utilized engineering and development processes that follow the IEC 62443-4-1 Security Development Lifecycle standard. The release has been tested using the Nessus Vulnerability Scanner to ensure that no known vulnerabilities are present.
The new TTCR 14.1 features are specifically designed for CCC’s turbomachinery control platforms, and operators currently using CCC Prodigy and Series 3++ platforms will obtain peace of mind once their software is upgraded.
