Acquisition of Breaux Machine Works in Houston
Rotating Machinery Services, Inc. (RMS) is acquiring Breaux Machine Works. This addition means their customers now have access to two RMS Houston-based ISO 9001:2015 certified manufacturing centers. The people, skills, and infrastructure of Breaux Machine Works’ machining capabilities will be integrated into the RMS portfolio of aftermarket upgrades, repair, maintenance, and rebuilding/overhaul services for large, highly engineered rotating equipment.
John Bartos, CEO of RMS says, “This move complements the RMS vision of being a one-stop-shop for all rotating equipment needs.” President Gary Breaux and key members of the Breaux management team will remain in leadership roles.
The two are longtime business partners, so integration is expected to roll over smoothly.
