TAS Energy has opened a new office facility in Maslak, Istanbul, Turkey to provide an increased focus on service capabilities and support for customers on a local level. The facility will serve as a hub for sales, engineering and project execution in the region and will be led by Eren Ergin, Managing Director of TAS Energy Turkey.
TAS Energy’s Turbine Air Systems modular units often cost one-third the amount of building a new ‘peaker’ power plant, yet provide the equivalent “peaker” power at better heat rates. Turbine inlet chilling systems can be installed on new or existing gas turbines, even those that have evaporative or fogging systems currently on them. Often, New Source Reviews are not required to install a TIC system, which is an advantage for environmentally sensitive states.
The company has an established TAS Middle East regional presence with headquarters in Dubai and satellite offices in Doha and Kuwait City. TAS Energy provides economic power solutions by focusing on the energy efficiency and renewable markets, and the product’s design is optimized for high life cycle return performance. It also offers geothermal and industrial waste heat power generation solutions, generation storage and chilled water systems, modular data centers and clean heat and power on-site energy systems.
